Night out in Soho

Yesterday, my bella friend  S and I wondered out to Soho to play. I love London city at this time. After summer, it is undeniably the best.

Christmas lights already on, we were in a real festive mood. We did not stop smiling and giggling away as we became tipsier on wine and cocktails, the giggles grew louder and the smiles grew bigger.

We started off with a lovely walk gazing at the Christmas lights, and happy crowds. So many happy faces shopping and chattering away, if that (and the gorgeous Christmas lights) doesn’t put you in a festive mood, what does? When our cheeks got too rosy and bellies began rumbling, we decided to have the best thing to warm us up – we stopped off for a generous portion of Pho. As per my previous glowing post, it’s one of my favorite hang outs.

After a Pho, some other nibbles,  dessert and a few glasses of Rose, we thought it was time to move again. Shame we didn’t get too far, as we stumbled upon a few cocktails at La Floridita. It’s next door to Pho and a perfect little quiet place for a further gossip and girly excitement in a Cuban infused environment.

A few of those later we decided it was time to end a school night, although we were way passed the bed time…

P.S. Sorry about the quality of photos, my little iPhone was my only source of capturing the fun moments. Follow me on Istagram for a regular fun update.

  1. You made me really want to come to London and especially at this time... I am from Dallas and Christmas doesnt look as exciting here as over at your foggy island!

  2. Loving your blue nail polish - what color code is it? And that martini with bits of flower really looks delicious! what is it made with? You shouldn't apologize aboutthe picture quality. All that counts is that you caught the moment with some sort of a photograph and it helps us imagine your night better - definitely looks like a lot of fun! And I LOVE that you admit that as lovely as London is with all the holiday lights in winter, summer is still better. I just wrote a post hating on people who say they love the cold so much. How can wearing snow boots and 4 layers of clothing while icy wind is chopping your face feel better than a simple tshirt with a pair of shorts and the sun shining ... Snow and cold weather should only last 2 weeks of the year! Great post. I really enjoy your writing.
